The above picture is the day before surgery and at my heaviest. This is after several months of bulking-up for surgery! I was approved back in December of 2006, but due to life's circumstances, I had to put the procedure off until April 16, 2007. After this picture was taken, we left for Houston and my new weigh of life!
This is me after 5 week liquid, who wouldn't lose weight, and 10 days on semi-solid food. I have lost 35 pounds and now fit in the clothes I have been wearing all along. Think of it this way, now that I can't eat all I want, I fit comfortably in the fat clothes. Of course, like most women of fortunate proportions, my bra suffered some loss. I can wear a smaller cup and it hugs the waist better. ;) photo by Lori
